Nokia care

Since the day i bought this n70... i have been receiving lots of problems. When i went to nokia care today...the woman don understand what we are trying to say. We wanted to ask if it's still within 7 days of purchase...and the hp has a software problem, should we go back to the shop to have another new one replaced or come back to nokia care but she keep thinking we are coming here for a 1 to 1 exchange, gave us attitude. We queued up at nokia care but left in the end, didn't wanna wait any longer and den we went to queue up at M1 shop...but realised after exchanging it is still the same...the same prob still occurs and then lastly we went to starhub...a short queue to get a prepaid card for my brother.

I wonder when will i get to celebrate my birthday. I hope this year will be a memorable one. Hehe.. Mr chai, u heard what i just said right?. Er Hemz
