我愛台北 2009

6.45pm 抵達桃園機場。匆匆忙忙再趕上下一輛公車/客運﹐一小時後才到長虹飯店。

After settled down, went to take their 結運 (MRT). Stopped at 劍潭站 to get to 士林夜市. Tried a couple of small bites there.. 炸雞排 (fried crispy chicken), 紅油抄手 (wan ton), 蚵仔煎 (oyster what) etc. 蚵仔煎 is too chewy, 炸雞排 is too oily, skin n meat doesn't stick together as a whole, quite oily, still preferred them from singapore. BUT 紅油抄手 was nice! Delicious although it's a little spicy but i can still take it. It was raining and we thought 士林夜市 was just this portion. Forgot to bring out our umbrella. After waiting inside to avoid the rain, we decided to get out to explore...then explored the street in front. Realised we missed a big portion. Hiding under a new bought umbrella was difficult to shop after all.. hai..wasted one night. We could have shopped more if we knew.

Really "PIGGY Bank"

We went to that famous 24 hrs 誠品書店 Eslite bookstore. Almost like our Kino kuniya but as more shops as Popular bookstores...where u can see it everywhere. Bought a number of magazines...er it will definately add weight to my luggage..and eventually add weight to my bag while shopping first. 好重啊﹗文杰不在我身邊幫我提包包。

國小學校

Stopped at Hello kitty restaurant to have lunch! Lots of lots of pictures. Dishes are turning cold when we start to eat them. hehe~

Went to 中華東路 to shop, heard it's a "must go" place. With all the famous shops over there..ya its nice but they are all damn expensive shops. Nice deco in shops, regardless whether its indoor or outdoor but the things are expensive.. i rather come back singapore to buy instead of wasting my luggage storage. Walked very long to search for jay chou's shops. Tiring keeping n taking out umbrella all the time. Hate the bad weather. So cold~

Paul frank - Quite expensive but i might be willing to buy if i'm in singapore.. but not in Taipei

Adidas - I like~ the adidas car too

1st Jay's shop we went. Heard jay had partnership with a friend but after that he left the partnership because he realised they have different tastes and styles.. that was what i read from mag.

This is Jay's current shop..which has no identity of his presence. There's more pictures of him inside. Things are rather expensive.

It was pouring and we were too tired to further our shopping at zhong xiao, things are expensive even though their interior is nice. So took cab back to hotel for a rest.

Rain has stopped, time for dinner... saw this coca cola restaurant

This is their basin for washing hands, Isn't it disgusting? Feel like its for another purpose.

I chose pasta, ended up in this "basin" plate. Looks boring and taste boring compared to theirs.

Here comes the nasty Auntie of 麻辣臭豆腐. The 2nd stop of our dinner marathon.

The 3 of us sat down and we were thinking of what to eat.. then the auntie asked what would we like to eat. We said wait, we are still thinking and she was rather pissed off, started complaining to her husband that we came here just to sit down and not gonig to order. In the end we ordered her 麻辣臭豆腐.. with free 鸭血糕 (duck blood) which we don really fancy.. only Isabella tried it.
