We celebrated wen jie's birthday in downtown east chalet. Couldn't book it on weekends so booked 3rd to 5th mAy. Quite a number of ppl came, almost half of them are his relatives. Many came but didn't stay overnight.

I accompanied wen jie even though i have to work nx friday morning. Two of his friends came during midnight. They brought along alcohol. I couldn't sleep that night even though i was trying very hard to sleep. In the end i didn't sleep at all. Next morning when i woke up for work.. the feeling was like staying up doing my projs during studying in nafa.
My colleagues said that my eyes are red.

Wen jie's parent came on friday night. This is probably the very 1st time i get to see them. I greeted his mum but didn't dare to approach his father at all. He looks stern n always sitting alone at 1 corner, who would dare to go near him. But after that night when wen jie called me to take pic with him, his father most probably understood.I was so tired that night that i fell asleep as soon as i lie on the bed. Glad that soo lee, joyce n xin hui stayed overnight with us. But they fell asleep after i came out from shower. Haha. But i can understand la, the bed is so tempting.

His actual bdae is on the 5th. So we got up in the morning, packed our stuff n headed back. After going home to put down his things, we went out together for a 2nd round celebration. The Kbox at paradiz centre only opens at 7pm. We realised it after walking all the way there so we headed to marina sq. That was his 1st time entering kbox to sing. We were given the biggest room cos no other small rooms are available. And it was really really BIG! The echo is so strong. Wen jie can really sings, especially for jacky cheung's songs. Can't believe my ears man. I even took a few video shots but it's shaky cos i was freezing.

While talking to wen jie after we came out fr the restroom, i spotted this nice cap.

After shopping at marina sq, we went to orchard, motive = take neoprints.
This time, it's not my idea. I used to pull him to those girly machines on every special occasions but ever since he refused, i nv force him anymore. It's been like.. i think 1 or 2 years since we last taken a pic there. I was surprised when he asked for it. =)
Maybe he's trying to make me happy.

We went to paragon to eat Din Tai Fung, their special xiao long bao is soooo delicious. Eat it while its hot.. once u put it into your mouth, bite it and u can feel all the juicy hot soup coming out from the bun. Growling~

I saw my cousin sitting next to us but he might not recognise me so lets be it then. Thinking of having a 2nd round at clarke quay but after eating this meal, i don think he can take it anymore.

Maybe wen jie has 20% of women character. He has a vision of 160 degree. That makes us to "chattable". He spotted the Nintendo DS Lite while walking outside lucky plaza so we went in to check out the prize. I've told him that i would buy him a nintendo for his bdae but we didn't have time to look for it. The other time we passed by chinatown, we managed to find one that cost only $220, which was really CHEAP! But he thinks that it's not reliable buying from there.

So we went into this lucky plaza shop, it cost $220 as well. Compared to the shop in chinatown, of cos its more reliable to buy it in orchard. So i persuaded him to get it today since it's his actual bdae. After hesitating, walking out n in the shop, he is ok n i am ready to pay for it. Just before i pay, he spotted that the box was different and he found out it was a refurbished nintendo. The brand new one is selling at $245. In the end we nv buy. He decided to look for it on other days. In the end we were both disappointed, thought tt we can play with it soon.

We met a strange taxi driver so wen jie told the driver to stop at the mac near boon keng, lied that we decided not to go home so early. Although i din say anything but wen jie also sensed something was not right with the driver. It will be dangerous for me to go home after he gets down. I will be freaking out during the journey. Thanks god that wen jie made the right choice. So we got down to take another cab.

Realised that many things happened and we really enjoyed the whole journey we had for this long day. Since we woke up, we've been together throughout the day so we were both tired but it's going to be the most memorable 21st bdae for him. Hehe..
